Impact of the MOHRE Programme in the career path	The MOHRE Programme have strengthened my capabilities in my career path in many ways particularly in conducting my role in developing research policy, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and providing consultations on managing researches to all the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) network. It has also helped guide me improve my decision- making skills especially when involved in reviewing protocols and proposals for grant applications. In addition to that, all the knowledge that obtained from MOHRE has equipped me to become better individual, leader and team member.
