Master of Health Research Ethics (MOHRE) Farewell Celebration
The Master of Health Research Ethics (MOHRE) program proudly celebrated its inaugural graduating class on September 4th, 2020. Although the University of Malaya's official convocation ceremony awaits a confirmed date, our scholars will be formally conferred their degrees soon.
The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dato' Prof. Dr. Adeeba Kamarulzaman, officiated the celebration, followed by a heartfelt speech from program coordinator Prof. Dr. Ng Chirk Jenn. The event was further enriched by a valedictorian address from our star student, Grazele Jenarun. Students exchanged tokens and gifts, marking the culmination of their academic journey.
While the COVID pandemic prevented the participation of our esteemed colleagues from Johns Hopkins University, their unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in reaching this milestone. We extend our deepest gratitude to all students and faculty members who participated, making this a truly memorable event!
