Impact of the MOHRE Programme in the career path	The degree will be basis of my promotion to Assistant Professor. My contributions to pedagogy are now more related to research and clinical ethics. I have now applied to our university Research Ethics Board to be involved in ethics review. I also will be involved in the college and university committees on Research Integrity which will be transformed to an ORI.
