Impact of the MOHRE Programme in the career path Through the programme, I am now able tTo translate knowledge into practices through the ability to assist in screening/reviewing health research protocol/application as well as being competent in discussing ethical issues with the committee members and the researchers with the guided principles. I am also now able to notice what is lacking in the current system and hence manage to conduct a series of quality improvement activities. Ultimately, this program has fostered the quality ethical research involving human subjects - safeguarding their rights and wellbeing, humanising medicine and healthcare services.
