Impact of the MOHRE Programme in the career path	MOHRE has opened my perspectives further to look at research from the lens of ethical principles. Many times, a situation could not be argued from the legal point of view, but ethics can fill in the lacuna. Regardless in which courier pathway that I want to pursue in future, be it future research work or even policy making, the foundation of research ethics principle will be forever embedded in me.
